Quick Guide

Networking steps

1 step st
User could choose any one of the series products (Named as product A) and
quickly press test button 3 times. The indicator keeps on that means the product
is on host networking mode:
1) Press test button lightly one time to end networking, meantime the light is
off.
2) If the host doesn't have any operation after networking within 10s, it will
end networking and the light is off.
User could choose Smoke alarm and quickly press test button 3 times, the
indicator keeps on that means the products is on host networking mode:
(Smoke alarms interconnection instruction see separate GS511-B user
manual).
2 step
nd
Take next product(Named as product B) and press test button 3 times quickly.
(Except GS384A door bell need to long press the test button as this model
special feature not press the test button 3 times quickly).
The product will alarm in a clear sound it also means the network accomplished
that the indicator flashes rapidly 10 times.
3 step rd
Network required interconnection products as 2nd step to make sure finish
networking.
Key notes:
● After finishing networking, product A is host of the interconnection interoper
ability system and product B is slave.
● If you want to add more products in the working net, product A must be the
host of the system, operations refer to guide above.
● The number of networking products has no limitation but all the networking
products shall be installed within effective distances (100 meters under open
conditions).
● You can mark on the host in case of forgetting.

Function and test

Press the test button 3 second or activate any product in the system to test. The
other products will response within 15s and initiate the audible and visual alarm
(Attention: The device won't alarm in silence mode).
