• In general, the work pieces to be processed must be free
from foreign matters, such as nails or screws.
• Any other use is considered to be not intended. The
manufacturer excludes any liability for resulting dam-
ages, the risk is exclusively borne by the user.
m Residual Risks
The device has been constructed according to the state
of the art and the recognized safety rules. Nevertheless,
single residual risks may occur during the operation.
• Injuries cause by the swinging work piece in case of im-
proper support or guidance, such as working without the
guide.
• Risk of injury for fingers and hands caused by the rotat-
ing saw blade of the table circular saw in case of an
improper guidance of the work piece.
• Larger work pieces, e.g. panels, may tilt during the pro-
cessing and must, therefore, be additionally guided and
supported.
• Furthermore, non obvious residual risks may exist in
spite of all measures taken.
• Residual risks can be minimized by carefully observing
the "Intended Use" instructions as well as the entire
operating instructions.

Assembly
For packaging reasons your universal sawbench is not com-
pletely assembled.
Assembling the hand grip and the adjustable trestles (Fig.3-4)
• Slide the adjustable trestle (B) through the bracket (N)
and screw the star knob screw M8x18 (C) into the bra-
cket (N). Repeat this process.
• Slide the assembled trestle onto the universal sawbench
guide tube. Screw the star knob screw M8x25 (G) into
the universal sawbench.
• Mount the hand grip (L) with two cylinder bolts M8x25(D)
onto the universal sawbench and secure it with 2 locking
rings (H) and two hexagonal nuts M8(E).

Assembling the wheels (Fig.5-6)
• Place the two locking washers(J)on the inner notches
of the axle plate shaft (I). Slide the wheels (K) onto the
shaft. Secure the wheels (K) on the shaft with the lo-
cking washers (J).
• Screw the axle plate with the wheels to the universal
sawbench. Place a washer (F) on each of the cylinder
bolts M8x25 (D). Now screw the axle plate to the uni-
versal sawbench and secure it with locking ring (H) and
hexagonal nut M8(E).
Installing the universal sawbench (Fig.7)
• Place the universal sawbench upside down on the floor.
• To flip the trestle feet (A2)up, press the plastic grips
(A1) on the back of them towards the tube of the trestle
foot (A2). The trestle foot (A2) should now be moveable.
• Flip the trestle foot (A2) so far out until the plastic grip
(A1) snaps into place again.
• Repeat this process with the other three trestle feet (A2).
• Place the universal saw bench on its feet. Two persons
are definitely needed to do this step.
Assembling the adjustable work piece support (Fig.8)
• Place the adjustable work piece support (M) with the
rear pivot point (M2) against the universal sawbench (A)
guide tube. While doing this, the lever (M3) should be
pointing towards the operator.
• Press the complete work piece support (M) downwards
until it snaps into place on the second guide tube.
• Press the lever (M3) downwards in order to lock the ad-
justable work piece (M)in the desired position.
Assembling the machine on the universal under frame (Fig.9)
• Adjust the adjustable work piece supports (M)so that you
can place the desired machine on them.
• In order to fix the machine, insert a carriage bolt (O)from
below through the elongated hole on the adjustable work
piece support (M)and through the fixing holes on the
machine. Secure the machine with a washer (F) and a
hexagonal nut M8 (E).
• Make sure that the machine is fixed with at least two
bolts. The bolts must be diagonally opposite.

• Before transport make sure that all moveable parts are
secured or tightly screwed in place.
• For transporting, lift the universal under frame by the
hand grip (L). Do this until the under frame is only stan-
ding on the wheels (K). Now the universal under frame
can be transported.
