Maintenance Instructions
Regular maintenance is needed each year. The
impeller blades require thorough cleaning once in 6
months.
The technical maintenance includes periodic
cleaning of the surfaces from accumulated dust and
dirt. Use a soft dry brush or a soft cloth wetted or a
vacuum cleaner to remove dust.
Please don't damage the impeller.

Please don't bend impeller, blades.

Please don't use chemical and gasoil, benzene,

diluent to wipe the fan.
Please don't let water into motor and electric
Ÿ
parts.
Before any maintenances are undertaken please:
Stop fan in accordance to regulations and

disconnect all poles from mains supply.
Wait until impeller is stationary.
Ÿ
Ensure that the machine cannot be switched on
Ÿ
again.
The following safety notes must be observed
when maintaining the machine.
Periodical cleaning prevents to rotor to become
out-of-balance.
Vacuum-clean would be best.

When connected to power supply, all-pole power

necessary to be installed on the power supply circuit.

Avoiding air reflux via open air flue or other fired

shock when breaking down or electric leakage occurs.
Compressed-air must not be used. Dirt could be

Control whether installation is correct:

Install the outlet fan into air duct.
Connect electric supply of motor.
Put the fan into operation after cleaning.
