For BT routers the wireless mode should be set to Mode 3 in the router settings. I have the green Wi-Fi light but I can’t get the white one to sync.
To sync the white light on the Ember GW03 when the green Wi-Fi light is on, follow these steps:
1. Ensure the receiver is set up as a hub receiver.
- Press the Reset button on the receiver until both Red and Green lights are solid.
- Press and hold the Connect button for 5 seconds until the Red light blinks.
- Press the Connect button once; the Green light will be solid, indicating it's now a hub receiver.
2. On the Gateway, press and hold the ‘Function’ button for 3 seconds.
3. The White LED on the gateway will start flashing at 1-second intervals.
4. When the White LED becomes solid On, the gateway has successfully connected to the hub receiver.
