Pump does not run

Probable Causes
Panel not plugged into outlet Plug power cord into outlet and check power.
Pump not plugged into panel Plug pump into panel plug.
Defective contactor
Overload tripped (optional
models)
Loose level sensor wires
Pump failure
Poor pump or system ground Check grounding system.
Improper overload setting
Preset level sensor cable and
pump power cord not
separated
Corrective Action
Replace contactor.
Press Reset.
Tighten wire connections.
Replace pump.
Set overload relay dial to full load amps of pump.
Make sure the preset level sensor cable and the
power cord from the pump are separated by at least
2 inches in the tank and 2 inches above ground.
