LED Flush Mounts
MODEL 1101-5WH | 1102-7WH | 1103-9WH
1. This fixture is designed for use in a circuit protected by a fuse or circuit breaker.
It is also designed to be installed in accordance with local electrical codes.
If you are unsure about your wiring, consult a qualified electrician or local electrical inspector, and check your local electrical code
2. For your safety, turn off the power supply at the fuse or circuit breaker box before you install the fixture
3. Ground the fixture to avoid potential electric shocks and to ensure reliable starting
4. Double-check all connections to be sure they are tight and correct
5. Wear rubber soled shoes and work on a sturdy wooden ladder
6. RISK OF CUTS — some metal parts in the fixture may have sharp edges. To prevent cuts and scrapes, wear gloves when handling the parts
7. RISK OF FIRE — Use 100-277V AC 50/60Hz circuits
8. Account for small parts and destroy packing material, as these may be hazardous to children
9. DO NOT change the LED light source or driver inside under any circumstance
10. DO NOT cover the fixture with any heat insulated materials
11. All electrical connections MUST be in a accordance with local and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards

INSTALLATION GUIDE
Surface Mounting Installation
Installation of Bracket
1.
1. Punching suitable hole on the ceiling
2. Turn OFF the power supply, wire enter the hole of bracket, then fix the bracket on the ceiling with screws
3. Connect LED body wires with power cord
4. Push it towards the ceiling, and at the same time rotate it as direction of arrow,tightly fix the body and the mounting bracket
5. Turn ON the power supply, if it normally light up, installation is complete

1. LED Flush Mounts are suitable for indoor use only. DO NOT use outdoors
2. Please keep the LED Flush Mounts away from any corrosive substance, and please use dry cloth
when you clean them
3. LED Flush Mounts can only be installed by a qualified electrician
4. Before installation or maintenance, please disconnect the power to prevent electric shock
