    Operation Instructions Operations of the Foldable Probe (without external probes) Display Operation The measured temperature of the foldable probe will be displayed on the screen as CURRENT TEMP if no external probe is inserted. When ALM is set to ON, the SET TEMP area will display the alarm value of the foldable probe.

Backlight The backlight makes it convenient to read the screen in dark environments. Without any operation, the backlight will keep activated for the time of BLT parameter, then be off automatically(active time is adjustable).

    Channel Switch Hold for 2 seconds to switch the temperature display of the foldable probe. The screen will restore to the default display 20 seconds later automatically if no operation is performed on the thermometer. Trouble Shooting When the foldable probe fails to work properly, the character“---”, Er will be displayed on the screen, please contact our customer service.

    Cautions The probe and wire must not touch the flame. Insert the probes into the thickest part of the meat, while avoiding bones and fat. If the temperature readings of the probes are too high or rise too fast, remove the probes from the meat. Clean and dry the probe after each use.
