    Getting Started Select a patch GP-200 includes 256 patches, with the first 100 (01-A~25-D) containing default factory parameters. When performing a factory reset, you can separately reset these 100 patches to the default values. Tap footswitch A, B, C, D, choose a patch you like.     When you connect your GP-200 with the PC/Mac, you can use the free GP-200 software to manage multiple functions, including adjusting tones, import/export patches, firmware upgrade, loading 3rd party IRs and more. The GP-200 software supports both Windows and MacOS platforms. Please download the software at www.valeton.net/support. It can be used after the installment.

    Application Scenarios In this section, we will introduce the connection methods of GP-200 in common usage scenarios. With full-range speaker devices Full-range devices include audio interface, studio monitor, PA system, headphones etc. In this scenario, the output jack or headphone jack of the GP-200 can be connected according to the need of the back-end interface. The balanced and unbalanced output signals are the same, and the balanced output is more suitable for long-distance signal transmission.

    Application Scenarios With guitar amps (using FX Loop to pre-position the GP-200) In this scenario, connect the unbalanced output jacks of the GP-200 to the RETURN jacks of the guitar amp. This way, by bypassing the preamp and using the power amp to pair with dozens of refined e ects in the AMP module, you’ll get the more realistic sound.
