IMPORTANT!
Please keep these instructions for future reference. Please read these
instructions before assembly and use of this product.
Before assembly and each use, inspect this product for damaged hardware,
loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges. Do not use the product if any
components are broken or missing. Do not use replacement parts other than
those approved by the manufacturer or distributor.
Adult assembly is required. No tools required for assembly.
The tray is not microwave safe.
To prevent serious injury or death:
• It is dangerous to use this product on an elevated surface, e.g. a table.
• Suffocation Hazard – Never use on a soft surface (bed, sofa, cushion), since the
product can tip over and cause suffocation in soft surfaces.
• Never leave the child unattended. Always keep child in view while in product.
• Never use near steps.
• Strings can cause strangulation! DO NOT place items with a string around child's
neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords.
• Never use as a carrier or lift while child is seated.
• Use only with a child who is able to hold head up unaided and who is not able to
climb out or walk.
Before first time use, wash the tray thoroughly with soap and water.
To clean the frame and toys, wipe clean using a mild cleaning solution and
damp cloth.
Do not use bleach. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners. Rinse clean with
water to remove soap residue.
The tray is top rack dishwasher safe (or use the bottom rack - without using
the drying cycle).
Machine wash the pad in cold water on the gentle cycle. Do not use bleach.
Tumble dry on low heat.
To remove the pad, lift to remove the pad pegs from the front base. Then
remove the pad button holes from the pegs underneath the seat ring.
To replace the pad, follow the assembly steps.
