PREPARATION

The camera requires 2 good quality D cell alkaline batteries for the best result.
After installing batteries into the compartment according to the polarity as
printed on the cabinet, press the BAT-CHECK button once and see if an instant
RED-GLOW is to be seen (in a dark place) in order to prove the booster is
working correctly.
Release the stopper from a port on the lower portion of booster panel and plug
the cable of the gooseneck IR sensor into the IR-IN port which is the default
for a trigger source from IR sensor. The other IR-OUT port is reserved for
another IR Booster extension.
After installation, do not forget to check if the door is closed completely and
the other port is still remaining corked by a stopper before left.

OPERATION

Work with a general IR camera
Since above installation is done, no more adjusting will be required. With
the default setting, the snap stand of gooseneck IR sensor must be required
snapping on the camera and the IR sensor head always face and be very closed
to the IR light source of camera. It will always work with your scouting camera
synchronously at night time.
Working with the wild game camera
If you are using the Duramaxx hunting cams and like to increase illumination
by adding the IR booster, an easy way is for you that you can connect the
camera and booster directly. In this case, the gooseneck adaptor will not be
required for installation. Before connection, the booster will be required to
change the trigger source for the CABLE firstly. You can open the inner panel
by loosing 3 screws and will see the Option Jumper inside the panel (see
figure 2).
Then resume the inner panel and proceed the proper connection with the
attached cable. One plug is inserted to the IR-IN port on booster and the other
plug is inserted into the IR-EXT port on camera.
