6. Remove the existing tip switch and bracket.

The tip switch for the machine contains

12. Slowly tilt the switch by hand until the TILT message
displays on the LED display.
Note: The engine should stop in 3 seconds or less
when the TILT message displays.
Note: If the engine does not stop, check the wiring
schematic to ensure that the wiring is correct.
13. Mount the tip switch to the terminal box using the
hardware removed in step
