The pasta maker has 8 thickness regulations that can be set by rotating the knob of pasta maker. Start from the
bigger thickness (8) and go thinner step by step, until you have the desired thickness.

CLEANING -

Unplug the unit.
Do not immerse the main body in water, only wash it with a damp cloth and non-abrasive detergent. Avoid
any infiltration of water inside motor housing.
The attachments, the container and the lid cannot be washed in the dishwasher, wash them by hand with non-
abrasive sponge and mild detergent. Dry them thoroughly before assembling them to the unit.
After having washed the pasta maker, lubricate the rollers with vegetable oil.
