- Page 2 Overview The EVOS fl microscope has two types of controls: mechanical and software. Mechanical controls include the stage X–Y axis knobs, Channel Bar focusing knobs, objective selection wheel, and the light cube selection lever. Software controls are located in the Control Bar at the bottom of the display screen.
- Page 3 Click the Overlay Tab to show all channels in color overlay mode. Save Button Adjust Brightness and Contrast for each channel to bring them into desired balance. Click the Save Button to save the color image (refer to EVOS fl User Guide).
