Page 8
The AdvisorOne system is always monitoring the sensors and devices that are connected to the panel. Every time a sensor is activated, it sends a signal to the AdvisorOne panel. The status of system components can be checked even when the system is disarmed.
Page 9
If the system is armed, this signal may cause an alarm. The status of all monitored doors and windows can be checked quickly in the At-A-Glance area of the main screen of the AdvisorOne panel. More detailed information can be found on the Sensor Status screen.
Page 10
Cellular The AdvisorOne system can be configured to interoperate with mobile phones which allows arming or disarming of the system. Each user can be configured with a mobile phone number. For more information, see Users.

• When an intruder is detected or an emergency alarm is activated or carbon monoxide or smoke issue is detected, a loud alarm is emitted from the AdvisorOne panel’s internal siren (Figure 15) and also from optional Advisor TouchScreens and optional external sirens.
Figure 15: Internal (Piezo) Siren and Microphone Alarms AdvisorOne sirens make four different alarm sounds, each indicating a different type of alarm. Sirens are programmed by the service provider to stop sounding after a specified time. The typical time is 5 minutes (Table 10).

System Speech The AdvisorOne panel speaks for various purposes: system status, alarm annunciation, and voice chime. The AdvisorOne panel can speak and display different languages based on the user language configuration. A Master User can set English, Spanish, French, or Portuguese as the default language for each user on the system.
Configuration & Programming The AdvisorOne security system allows users to configure and program certain options. This is done through the Configuration & Programming menus. The six menus for Configuration & Programming are: Devices, Users, Test, Time & Date, Downloader, and Services (Figure 33).
Devices The AdvisorOne system allows temporary bypassing of the security sensors. The system does not monitor bypassed devices. Bypassed devices do not create an alarm. A bypassed sensor only stays bypassed until the system is disarmed. It is also possible to disable key fobs, disable or add mobile devices, and make name changes to Z-Wave devices (Figure 35).
Users The AdvisorOne system supports up to 250 users. The service provider may have configured some users. A Master User can edit existing user profiles and create new ones. Master Users have access to some system settings. In a multiple partition system, master codes have access to all partitions.
