Important! There is no router supplied with the router table!
4. Assembly

5. Starting up
5.1 ON/OFF switch (6)
-To turn the machine on, press the green button.
- To turn the machine off again, press the red button.
5.2 Dust extractor (9)
Important! For health safety reasons it is imperative that you use a dust extractor. You can connect a
dust extractor to the vacuum extractor unit adaptor (9).
5.3 Working with the router table (Fig. 12/13/14)
- Insert the routing cutters into the router, then set the speed and routing depth. Refer to the operating
instructions of the router.
- Insert a suitable table insert into the router table.
- Select the table insert (10) so that the distance between the router and table insert is as small as
possible. The router, however, must be able to turn unhindered.
- Adjust the work piece guides (5) in accordance with the dimensions of the work piece.
- Set the ON/OFF switch of the router to continuous operation.
- Connect the connector cable of the router to the switch (6).
- Connect the switch of the router table to the power supply with a suitable extension cable
- Turn on the router table with the switch (6).
- After each adjustment it is imperative to carry out a test cut on a piece of scrap wood and readjust
the work piece guides if necessary.
- Push the work piece along the work piece guides (5) and past the routing head in the direction of
the spring disks.
- Exert only little thrust on the work piece.
- Use a push stick in case of small work pieces.
Important! Pull out the power plug before performing any cleaning, adjusting and maintenance
work. Also, pull out the power plug when you have finished working.
5.4 Router without continuous operation mode (Fig. 8)
If your router is not equipped with a continuous operation mode you can use the supplied clip (15) to
lock the switch.
Important! Use the clip (15) only if the router is operated by way of the switch (6).
6. Cleaning and ordering replacement parts
Always pull out the mains power plug before starting any cleaning work.
6.1 Cleaning
Keep the safety devices free of dirt and dust as far as possible. Wipe the equipment with a clean cloth
or blow it with compressed air at low pressure.
We recommend that you clean the device immediately each time you have finished using it.
Clean the equipment regularly with a moist cloth and some soft soap. Do not use cleaning agents or
solvents; these could attack the plastic parts of the equipment. Ensure that no water can seep into
the device.
7. Environmental protection.
The unit is supplied in packaging to prevent its being damaged in transit. This packaging
is raw material and can therefore be reused or can be returned to the raw material system.
In view of environmental power, additional accessories and packaging must be subjected
to appropriate processing for reuse of the information contained in these materials.
Do not dispose of household waste power! Under the EU Directive 2012/19/EC on
scrapped electrical and electronic devices and to win recognition as a national power law,
which can be used more, must be collected separately and be subjected to appropriate
processing for recovery of contained therein scrap.
