    Failing to do so may damage the unit. 1) After removing Coolzy from the box, place it in an upright position. 2) Remove the cable from the drawer at the back of the unit and insert the plug into a wall outlet.
  • Page 5 When the cable drawer is full, the white water drop indicator comes on and Coolzy will pause. Carefully remove the cable drawer and empty the water. The cable drawer can store about four pints (two litres) of condensed water.

    • Adjust the angle of the cool air deflector to ensure that cool air flows past face and neck. Adjust nozzle to about 45° for best cooling effect. • Turn off fans when using Coolzy. Drafts from nearby windows and fans may dis- rupt the air jet.

    If the water drop light is on, carefully remove the cable drawer and empty any water. If there is no water, then carefully push the drawer into Coolzy until it is flush with the back panel.

    If the green light is on and the fan is running, and there is no apparent cooling after 2 minutes, check that Coolzy is in cooling mode. Press the ‘FUNC’ button on the remote until the snowflake icon appears to activate cooling mode. Reduce the temperature setting because the thermostat may be preventing the compressor from starting.

Symptom 5 – Gradual loss of cooling Dust accumulating on the air filters will reduce the cooling. Clean all three air filters following the instructions in this guide.

    Comfort’s option at no charge to the purchaser for parts or direct repair labour. The purchaser must return the product(s) to an authorized Coolzy dealer or agent for warranty repairs. Home service is not provided. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation costs and in-transit insurance associated with returning the device to the authorized repair centre.

    4. Be aware that refrigerants may not contain an odour. Refrigerant gas The refrigerant gas in this appliance is R134a. The quantity used in this Coolzy is about 215 grams. You may not be able to smell leaking gas. R134a is a non-toxic gas.
