The LED lights up in blue or purple,
but no tobacco vapor comes out.
The cartridge may be out
of liquid. Please replace the
cartridge with a new one (Page
36). If replacing the cartridge
does not resolve the issue,
please contact "Ploom Exclusive
Customer Service" (back cover).
The device is too hot to hold.
The Battery may be malfunctioning. Discontinue
use of the device and contact "Ploom Exclusive
Customer Service" (back cover).
The Battery may become somewhat hot
after continuous use due to extended heat
generation. However, this is not a malfunction.
