Troubleshooting
If the device is not working properly or
acting strangely, try resetting it. This
may resolve the issue.
Resetting the device
When you start charging while
pressing the Power Button, the LED
will flash blue 3 times, and then the
device will reset.
After resetting is finished, all settings
will return to their default states, and
the device will turn off.
If resetting does not resolve the issue,
check the following items.
