- Page 3 Open My Files , click on HC_BLE 助手.apk and install on your phone. Connect the HM-10 to the Arduino as per table above and connect an LED with a 470 ohm resistor, positive to pin 13 and negative to ground of the Arduino. The on board LED of the module will blink when powered up.
