Quick Installation Guide
Getting started
Before installing the TCSV12 unit, make sure
you record the unit serial number (SN) from
the label.
Many customers choose to take

a close-up photo of the unit. Please send this
information along with the vehicle's registration,
brief description (ie: make/model, colour, etc),
and an email address where you wish to receive
weekly reports to
systemssupport@quartix.net
after installation.
•
Park the vehicle in a safe area, outside, with a
clear view of the sky.
•
Ensure the vehicle's engine is switched off.
•
Locate the position of the 16-pin diagnostic
port for the vehicle.
usually under the dash, on either side of the
foot-well or within the centre console. It may
be necessary to remove a small section of
trim or lift an access cover. If you need help
finding the port, refer to our Plug and Track
wiki site or contact our Support team.
