Quick Installation Guide
Getting started
Before installing the TCSV12 unit, make sure
you record the unit serial number (SN) from
the label. Many customers choose to take

a close-up photo of the unit. Please send this
information along with the vehicle's registration,
brief description (ie: make/model, colour, etc),
and an email address where you wish to receive
weekly reports to support-ie@quartix.com
after installation.
• Park the vehicle in a safe area, outside, with a
clear view of the sky.
• Ensure the vehicle's engine is switched off.
• Locate the position of the 16-pin diagnostic
port for the vehicle.

foot-well or within the centre console. It may
be necessary to remove a small section of
trim or lift an access cover. If you're not sure
where to find the diagnostic port on your
vehicle, please check our plug and track wiki
page or contact our Support team.
• Ensure that your vehicle's diagnostic port is
the 16-pin port type.
