    WARNING BEFORE USE Please read this manual carefully before first use. The manufacturer, nor the supplier, is responsible for other use than outlined in this manual or changes made by the user in the hardware or software of the soldering device and its accessories.
  • Page 5 MAINTANANCE To extend the lifespan of soldering tips, make sure to do the following: 1. Set the temperature not higher than necessary. 2. Do not leave it on high temperatures longer then necessary. 3. Do not apply pressure during soldering. Let the temperature do the work. 4.
  • Page 6 HOW TO CHANGE TIPS First, untighten the bolt and remove the shaft. Pull out the soldering tip. Then push in an other soldering tip. Make sure to push it in deep enough so that it can not go any further. Put back the shaft and tighten the bolt again.

    MENU SETTINGS To enter the MENU of the device, long press the encoder (± 3 sec.). Turn the encode to select the menu item you want. Confirm selection by a short press on the encoder. If you are done with changing settings and want to go back to exit the MENU (go back to the home screen), long press the encoder (±...

    2. AUTO SLEEP (Sleep mode) By turning the encoder you can decide after how many minutes of the soldering iron being idle the soldering station will turn into sleep mode. You can select a value anywhere between 1-99 minutes. Temperature will then drop to 150 °C. If you never want the soldering station to enter sleep mode, you can select [OFF].
  • Page 10 4. BOOST DURATION For challenging solder tasks you sometimes need a temporary boost in temperature to e.g. quickly heat up a larger area. From the home screen of the soldering station you can activate that temporary boost by short pressing the encoder.

    7. BUZZER SWITCH In this menu item you can turn on or turn off the sound the soldering station makes, e.g. the menu confirmation sound of a sound when an error occurs.
