600FS02 Bubble Wall
Tools/Supplies Required
Flat head Screw Driver & Phillips head screw driver
2 gallons of distilled water or bottled water- We recommend to pick up an additional gallon for top offs.
Distilled water can be purchased at grocery and pharmacy stores. *Note: Tap water has chlorine in it
which will damage your bubble wall and even cause cracks, never use this in your bubble wall!
Safety:
Do not make any wiring connections, including extension cords, inside the base unit of your bubble wall
We recommend all bubble walls and fountains be plugged into Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI)
outlets for added safety
Included in the crate:
Bubble Panel Tank with white LED Lighting Box Attached
Base Unit and Covers
Air Pump
LED Lighting Power Supply & Remote Controller
Funnel
Unpacking the Crate
Carefully open the crate from the shipping label side using flat headed screw driver. Do not insert any tool into
the inside space of the crate to avoid scratching your bubble wall parts.
Caution: Shipping crate contains metal staples and/or nails – use proper safety precautions at all times
Carefully remove the contents from the shipping crate, remove all packaging and check for any damage.
Condensation may be present in the tank, as they are tested full of water prior to shipment
The front side of the tank is the side with the white LED lighting box attached. Keep the front side of the tank
toward you during the assembly
Assemble the Base Unit
The base unit consists of four components:
1.
Black support legs (2)
2.
White cross member tubes (2)
3.
Aluminum Covers (2)
4.
Black Plastic Top Cover (1)
Locate the white cross member tubes ("A" in Figure 1), and install between black support legs ("B" in Figure 1),
using the included screws with caps (Figure 2) Do not over tighten screws. Only used a hand-held Phillips head
screw driver to assemble parts, do not use power drills as they may cause damage.
Carefully remove the protective film on aluminum covers.
