INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions for filling the eyewash cartridges
1.
Open the AQ111 box. Inside you will find two expiration date labels, a funnel, and two eye wash cartridges with a few
ounces of Hydrosep
2.
On one of the box flaps you will see a perforated cut. Press firmly on the perforated area to remove the cardboard.
3.
With the bag laid out on a flat, stable surface, insert the valve of the Aquarion
into the thinner slot to keep the bag in place.

  • Page 2 ® Figure 3: Aquarion valve slid into slot. Removed the tamper evidence seal, compress the white push button and then remove the plug/cap. Figure 4: Seal removed, button compressed and cap removed. Place the funnel in the open valve and press down gently to secure it in place.
  • Page 3 Gently lift the bag by the fill port to allow any air bubbles to escape. Replace the cap in the port; it will be secure when the cap clicks into place. Write the date filled on the Aquarion ® label provided and place it on the bag.
