Your Culiau product is warranted against
defective material or workmanship for a
period of sixty days from date of purcha-
se. In the event of a failure of a product to
conform to this written warranty, please
take the following action:
DO NOT return your product to the
place of purchase.
In order to return your defective product
as fast as possible, please follow these
steps:
1) Send us an email to support@culiau.-
com that has:
A) Order number (Ex: #CU00001)
DISCLAIMER
with respect to the products described
herein.
Culiau shall not be liable for any dama-
ges, losses, costs or expenses, direct,
indirect or incidental, consequential or
special, arising out of, or related to the
use of this material or the products des-
cribed herein.
B) An issue description.
C) Picture/s or video/s where the issue
can be seen.
D) Subject the email as "Return request"
2) Follow the instructions that the
Customer Service management will give
you
DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT RESULTING
FROM TAMPERING, ACCIDENT, ABUSE,
NEGLIGENCE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS
OR ALTERATIONS, UNAPPROVED
ATTACHMENTS OR OTHER CAUSES
UNRELATED TO PROBLEMS WITH
MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP ARE NOT
COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.
