This manual has been prepared to provide information and instructions regarding the installation, use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the "NewTom GiANO" device series. This manual is intended for trained personnel recognized by the manufacturer of the "NewTom GiANO" model device. Prior to operating or servicing this device, this manual must be read and understood.

This cover has to be mounted on the bottom part of the two lateral carter (see previous paragraph), in order to close the hole to access the mainboard. Close the opening of the column by using the provided covers. First, mount the metallic plate (1) using n° 6 SCREW TCEI M3X8 and then place the magnetic plastic cover on it (2). 5 - Main workstation setup (only for 3D Full) 5.1 Preliminary Operations The computer connected with Newtom Giano has to fully comply the recommendations included in the user Manual of the device (chapter 10.13). When shipped together with the device the computer will be ready for connections with the scanner. In case the computer has not been included in the shipment, it will be necessary to prepare a computer that comply with the recommendations following the instructions provided in this chapter.

5.5 3D Connection between PC and Giano (for 3D-FULL ONLY) 5.5.1 Flat Panel (CBCT) driver installation Insert the Flat Panel setup CD, wait for the process to start and follow the instructions.
