- Attach Base Plate to Column with Large Bolt, Washer
and Nut.
- Make sure tips are facing down.

- Insert the Jig on top of nut.
- Wrench-tighten the bolt from below.

- Page 3 Step 6 Step 7 1. Attach shelf with screw and wing nut (screw hole facing down) 2. Lift the shelf to meet the bottom of the bottle 3. Tighten Wingnut Step 8 Using the notch on the supplied wrench, bend the tab on both the plunger lever (top) and the foot pedal (bottom), securing the rod on both sides.
