- Attach Base Plate to Column with Bolt, Washer
and Nut (using key hole slot)
- Ensure tips of base plate face down

Step 2
- Insert Jig on Nut.
- Wrench-tighten Bolt from below.
Pins x 2
Wingnut

- Page 2 Step 3 Step 4 - Insert Rod from the top of column - Insert Plunger lever through top right slot - Hook onto notch in plunger lever. - Lock with Pin. Step 5 Step 6 1. Attach U Clamp with screw hole down - insert screw. Lightly screw Wing-nut to hold U Clamp.
