General recommendations The IPCOM-4G communicators can report to AMS servers via the Ethernet and/or GPRS/3G/4G network. A primary and secondary reporting channel for all communication media. SOLUTION: Check the IP address and port settings for the AMS server. Check the APN settings. Turn off PIN request at the SIM card, using a mobile phone. -
