OHP USB DEVICE - INSTALLATION GUIDE

1. Download the FORScan software for Windows here:

2. Install the FORScan software to your computer.

3. Plug the OHP OBD2 USB device to your vehicle's OBD2 port and connect the USB plug

to your computer.

4. Windows should automatically detect the OHP OBD2 USB device. Once the device is

detected by your computer, run the FORScan software, set the basic FORSCan settings and

you are good to go.

Note: If the Windows computer did not detect the device, please follow the manual

installation process listed below.

Page 3 3. Navigate to the target folder and launch CDM21228_Setup.exe to install device drivers. 4. Click through, all default values are fine.
Page 4 5. Plug the device into the USB port and Windows will take over the rest of the setup process. The setup process will install two new devices in your computer: the USB Serial Port and the USB Serial Converter. Now all device drivers are set up and good to go. Next is to set up the FORScan recommended connection settings.
