Install the supplied o-rings onto the injector adapters. Lubricate the o-ring with a small amount of engine oil and gently press them into the intake manifold making sure the o-ring does not get pinched.

Attach the fuel rail mounts to the fuel rail using the supplied M5 bolts and spring washers. Do not tighten completely, finger tight is fine for now. This fuel rail has a center return port allowing you to dual feed the rail. Fit either the AN6 adapter if you are using the center return port or install AN6 plug if you do not want to use the center port.

Lubricate the o-rings of your injectors with a small amount of engine oil and fit them to the fuel rail. Lubricate the nozzle end o-rings of your injectors with a small amount of engine oil and fit the rail and injectors to the intake manifold. Take care in guiding each injector into their respective injector adapter.

Once the M6 bolts are tight it’s time to tighten the M5 bolts on the rail. The fuel rail is supplied with AN6 and AN8 adapters for the rail. Select the size you are going to run and install the o-rings to the fittings.

AN8 plug into the front of the fuel rail as shown below. All that’s left to do is wire up your injectors and plumb up the fuel lines. And that’s it… You’re all done. Enjoy & and thank you for supporting TAARKS.
