CINCHING STRAP/FOOT STRAP INSTRUCTIONS
1. Feed the open end of the cinching strap/foot strap
through the backside of slot 1. Loop over the top and
back through slot 2 and pull to tighten. repeat this
STEP for the other cinching strap/foot strap (Fig. 1).

HEEL CORD INSTRUCTIONS
1. Starting in the middle of the foot platform, wrap the loop end of the heel
cord around outside edge of foot platform (Fig. 1).
2. Thread the S-hook end through the loop end and stretch heel cord across
the top of the foot platform to the other side. (Fig. 1).
3.Wrap the S-hook end around the outside edge of the foot platform and
attach the S-Hook around the heel cord to secure (Fig. 2).

This API outdoors climbing treestand(s) is designed for climbing trees with a minimum diameter of 9" (23 cm) and a maximum diameter of 18" (51
cm). Attempting to climb trees outside of this range puts the user at serious risk of bodily injury or death. Failure to follow these instructions will result in serious
injury or death!
WARNING!
NEVER allow the full-body fall arrest tether to get under or around your chin or neck. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury
or death!
STEP 1. Select a straight, healthy tree between 9" (23 cm) and 20" (51 cm) in diameter. one devoid of loose bark, branches, limbs, knots, vines or anything which
may incumber your ability to climb safely up or down.
STEP 2. With your API outdoors climbing treestand assembled in strict accordance with the previous instruction, you're now ready to install it on the tree. Attach
the standing platform to the tree by placing the chain/climbing cable around the tree and slip it into the main frame bar securing it with the snap pin (Model
GCl300-A has a spring bolt instead of snap pin) as shown in Figure 2. under no circumstance should you attempt to connect your climbing cable using the last hole
as depicted in Figure 3. doing so puts the user at serious risk of injury or death.

Thread the ends of the 4 straps through the 4 separate male end
buckles Fig. 1. with the buckle side facing down and the top of the seat
facing up, wrap the assembled straps around the mainframe of the seat
section Fig. 2.
