Hi - we have purchased a used Hussman Impact D5 merchandiser, and we need instructions in how to monitor and adjust the temperature settings. Our repair technicians are not available and have not trained us. We’ve seen broad temp swings, including between shelves, and are trying to adjust the temp but we’re overshooting.
