STEP 5
Find an open area measuring approximately 11 ft. x 11 ft. to assemble the roof of the gazebo, seperate from the
assembled corners in step 3 and 4.
(a) Insert corner roof rib # 8 into top roof rib #7.
(b) Insert assembled corner roof rib section #7 and 8 into top connector #1.
Repeat this step for the remaining three pieces of Corner roof rib #8.
(c) Insert center roof rib #9 into top connector #1.
Repeat this step for the remaining three center roof ribs. See Fig. 5.
STEP 6
Note: To avoid any damage to the fabric, please do not use any sharp objects to open the gazebo cover package.
Carefully open the gazebo cover (roof canopy #11) and place it on assembled roof. Attach finial #14 on center
of roof top. MAKE SURE THE CORNERS OF THE CANOPY ALIGN WITH THE ROOF CORNERS. See Fig. 6.
Do not insert ribs into canopy cover end pockets until Step 7 is completed.
STEP 7
Use a step ladder with the help of four adults to lift the assembled roof above the frame of the gazebo.
Note: To avoid any damage to the upper frame, it is necessary to equally balance the four corner roof ribs #8 when
lifting the roof frame.
(a) Use M6x25 mm screw #17 to attach corner roof rib #8 to corner roof rib connector #10. Secure screws with nuts #18.
See Fig. 7.
(b) Use M6x12 mm screws #15 to secure the end of the center roof rib #9 to center of the combined cross beam #5 and 6.
See Fig. 8.
Tighten all screws and nuts. Secure canopy to roof by inserting roof ribs into canopy pockets.
