SECTION 1: BUILDING THE FRAME OF THE GAZEBO
HELPFUL HINTS:
During assembly, do not tighten bolts completely. Keep them slightly loose to allow for proper alignment
of all parts.
STEP 1
(a) Attach corner roof rib connector #10 to leg frame #2
by using one M6x12 mm screw #15. See Fig. 1 a.
(b) Insert frame #2 into leg frame foot cover #3. See Fig. 1 b.
(c) Insert leg frame foot #4 into leg frame #2. Attach using
two M6x12 mm screws #15. See Fig. 1 c.
Repeat this step for the remaining three leg frames.
STEP 2
Place left cross beam #5 and right cross beam #6 at the desired
location on a level and flat surface. Insert left cross beam #5 into right cross beam #6 and
attach by using two M6x25 mm screws #17. Secure screws with nuts #18. See
Fig. 2. Repeat this step for remaining cross beams #5 and 6.
Faces inside when assembled to leg frame.
STEP 3
Place assembled leg frame #2,3 and 4 sections upright and set
them at four corners to form a square approximately 10 ft. by 10 ft.
See Fig. 3.
Note: Be sure the location is level and flat for best
results.
STEP 4
Use four M6x20 mm screws #16 to attach combined cross beam #5 and 6 to leg frame #2. See Fig. 4.
Repeat this step for the three remaining leg frames #2.
