Page 2 (A) INTRODUCTION This SM4 Gravity water filter unit is designed to trap and kill harmful bacteria >99.99999% (E. coli, Coliform, Faecal Coliform), trap > 99.95% protozoan cysts (e.g. Giardia, Cryptosporidium) and filter particulates as small as 0.3 micron (99.9%). It also reduces chlorine, taste and odour, giving safe, fresh, clean & great tasting water. It can be used on well, lake, pond, river, cistern or even municipally treated water.
