- Page 3 Set Up INSTALLING THE LUNG BAG Insert the lung installation tool into the lung bag. (See Figure 4.) Then insert the bag and tool together into the manikin’s mouth while feeding it through the head down to the chest. (See Figure 5.) Continuing feeding the tool and the lung bag into the chest cavity until the tool stops against the inside of the chest cavity.
