BEFORE FIRST USE

Fill the kettle to the 'MAX' indicator with fresh water and boil the water before discarding it
to remove any impurities or dust. Repeat this process twice.
Do not drink this water.

OPERATION

1. Pull up the handle on the lid to open. Remove the kettle from the base.
2. Fill the kettle with the desired amount of fresh water, ensuring that it is no lower than
the minimum level and no higher than the 'MAX' indicator. Secure the lid and place
the kettle onto the base.
3. Connect the power cord to a wall outlet and turn on the switch. The temperature
display should light up. Press the power button on the LED display once to put the
kettle into heating mode. The kettle will begin boiling the water.
• If you press the power button on the LED display again, the kettle will enter the
keep warm mode.
• Pressing the power button a third time will turn the kettle off. The temperature
display will also disappear.
Brewing tea
1. Heat the water to the desired temperature then open the lid.
2. Pour the tea leaves into the tea infuser then close and lid.
3. When the appropriate steeping time has passed, turn the kettle off and turn off the
power at the wall outlet. The tea is now ready to drink.
