- Page 3 Click the power switch, then while the water is heating, you can press the temperature adjust buttons to regulate the desired temperature. Once set, the display will flash 3 times, then the water will heat to the desired temperature before the kettle turns off. The temperature will default to 100°C, and the temperature adjust button will change the desired temperature by +/-5°C per press.
