MEAT THERMOMETER:
To Use:

Food thermometer placements is very important to get an accurate
reading. Place the food thermometer in the thickest part of the food,
making sure not to touch bone, fat or gristle.
CAUTION: The probe is extremely sharp, use care when using the probe.

Press the °C/°F button to select desired temperature measurement.

Press the HOLD button to hold the temperature value when measuring.
Press again to start new measure.

To turn the unit off press the ON/OFF button. The thermometer will also
auto shutdown after 10 minutes.

Use the MAX/MIN button to adjust the view on the screen.
NOTE: Never leave the thermometer in the food when cooking. Never
leave the thermometer in the oven or microwave.
To Clean:

Clean the thermometer with a wet cloth. Do not immerse in water.
