Switching Over the Character Type to Enter

On the character input screen, press M to display the
Character Type selection screen.
Use a to select a character type and press c (3).

Entering Kana

The 0 to 9 dial keys can be used to enter Kana characters. 1 corresponds to
"あ行", 2 to "か行" and so on. The characters appear as shown in the following table
each time the indicated key is pressed.
Example: The characters appear in the order of " か ", " き ", "く", " け ", " こ ", " か ", " き "
and so on, each time you press the 2 key.
When the desired character appears, press the key of the character to enter next.

Switches to " ゛ " (hard sound symbol), " ゜ " (semi-hard sound symbol), Uppercase

letters, or Lowercase letters.
Shifts to the previous character assigned to that same key (when the current character
#
has yet to be entered), or inputs a line break (if current character has been entered).
