    Assembly WORKING SPACE 1.1 Set a 2 x 2.5 square meter working space before unpacking your Tri-Fit. PREPARATION 2.1 Use a sharp knife to remove all straps and cut all tape on the lowest edge of the box. After cutting this lower tape, you will be able to gently lift the main box upwards away from the machine.
  • Page 7 Assembly UPRIGHT POST INSTALLATION 6.1 This assembly step requires 2 people. 6.2 Firstly, slide the plastic casing assembly set (A) to the Upright Post [A02]. 6.3 Connect all matching connectors from Upright Post [A02] and Main Frame [A01], then slide extra length of cables into the opening of Main Frame [A01].
  • Page 8 Assembly STATIONARY HANDLEBAR INSTALLATION 8.1 Undo 3 Screws M8 [B31] and 3 Curve Washers M8 [B01] from Stationary Handlebar [A09]. 8.2 Connect 2 matching connectors (A) from Stationary Handlebar [A09] and Upright Post [A02]. 8.3 Feed the other connectors through the Stationary Handlebar [A09]. 8.4 Slide the extra length of cables into the opening of Upright Post [A02].

DO NOT FOLD THE CABLES. WATER BOTTLE HOLDER INSTALLATION 13.1 Undo 2 Screws M5 [B16] from Upright Post [A02].

    Feet Adjustment FEET ADJUSTMENT Adjust the Adjustable Foot Pads on the Rear Stabilizer Tube and Front Stabilizer Tube as needed to level the elliptical trainer. The elliptical trainer has to be leveled to prevent it from wobble or shaking during use.

    Stride and Incline Adjustment Stride adjustment Please turn the Right Knob [C31] counterclockwise more than 10 times to loosen it. Hold the Adjustable Stride Disc Cover [C19] and pull the Right Knob [C31] outwards. Rotate the Adjustable Stride Disc Cover [C19] and find the preferred stride number aligning to the tip of the diamond mark. The pin of the lock Knob [C31] will get engaged into the disc with a click.

    Trouble Shooting & Maintenance Trouble Shooting Noise issue during use The most likely cause is that some nuts or bolts are loose. Please check every nut and bolt using a socket set, spanner or Allen key. Tighten each nut and bolt securely. Where possible, use a socket set to get maximum torque.

    Computer Computer – General operation Press any button to activate the computer Please note the LCD screen can be tilted slightly so that it can be angled to suit your height Types of programme Manual mode. This programme is indicated by the letter ‘M’ and it allows you to adjust resistance manually for the duration of your workout.

Search for ‘iConsole’ and you can download for free. This app allows you to pick an area from google maps (anywhere in the world) and run across your chosen route in this area.
