11. Common Errors & Solutions:
I) PMP can't be turned on：
a. Battery may have no power，charge PMP's built-in lithium rechargeable battery.
II) PMP automatically turns off after its power is turned on:
a. Battery capacity is not sufficient and causes PMP to turn off automatically. Please charge the battery
b. The setting of PMP's automatic power off is set to a low value. Increase sleep time to a higher
number
III) Buttons don't respond:
a. The HOLD key is in locked position, moving it to the right will unlock the keys
IV) After USB is inserted, no removable disk symbol can be found:
a. Make sure the PMP is powered on
b. Make sure the PMP is connected to the PC using proper USB cable and the cable is hooked
