• Only use the product on the surface of the
water.
• The product is not suitable for diving under
water.
• The product is not suitable for use in extreme
hot or cold conditions.
• The product does not protect against mechani-
cal or chemical hazards.
• Use the product only until the end of its stated
usable life, provided that the recommenda-
tions for use, cleaning and storage in the
relevant sections are followed.
Putting on the product
Important: make sure the product fits snugly,
close to your body, but not so tight that it restricts
your range of movement.
Before you put on the product (1), the following
is recommended:
• Dry your skin thoroughly before putting on the
wetsuit.
• To avoid sweating, find a shaded area in
which to put on the product.
• Allow yourself plenty of time to put on your
wetsuit. Frantically pulling or yanking on the
product may cause damage to the product.
• Taking care with sharp fingernails, pull the
product into the correct position.
• Remove watches or other jewellery from your
arms before putting on the wetsuit.
• The product should sit such that a thin film of
water can be trapped between the wearer's
skin and the product.
• The product should not hang down at your
back or form excessive bulges.
• The product should not be so tight that it
prevents you from breathing deeply.
• The product should not be too loose. There
must be no large folds that allow the product
to become flooded with water.
• You should be comfortable, but with a slight
feeling of compression.
• You should be able to touch your toes, crouch
down, stretch out your arms and turn your
head without difficulty. The product stretches
more in water than when it is dry.

• On the inside of the zip closure there is an
extra pocket (1e) for storing a key (Fig. B).
1. Open the hook and loop fasteners (1a/1b)
and pull the zip (1c) all the way down using
the strap (1d) (Fig. A).
2. Roll the product down a little from the top and
carefully step into the legs one at a time.
Note: the zip (1c) is at the back.
3. Carefully pull the product up over your hips a
little at a time.
4. Insert your arms into the arm openings one
after another, and pull the product over your
arms and shoulders.
5. Check that the product is sitting correctly and
pull the strap (1d) on the zip (1c) all the way up.
6. First close the lower hook and loop fastener (1b)
and then the hook and loop fastener (1a) on the
collar.
Note: ensure that the strap (1d) runs over the
lower hook and loop fastener (1b). The lower
hook and loop fastener (1b) prevents the zip
from opening inadvertently.
7. The product should fit snugly against the skin,
but should not be too tight. If necessary, pull
the wetsuit into position for a better fit.
Taking off the product
1. Open the hook and loop fasteners (1a/1b)
and pull the zip (1c) all the way down using
the strap (1d) (Fig. A).
2. Pull your arms out of the product, one at a
time, and roll it down.
3. Slip out of the product.
Note: if the product is difficult to remove from
your arms and legs, tug on it carefully, a little at
a time. Give yourself plenty of time to take off
the wetsuit.

Storage, cleaning

Turn the product inside out after every use and
rinse with running water. Remove sand and dirt
from the surface of the product. Carefully clean
all seams and the zip.
Hang the product or lay it flat, inside out, in a
shaded, well-ventilated area. Do not dry the
product in direct sunlight as this could cause the
product to could become porous.
