Charging the Battery
•
The Le Veil Hybrid is equipped with a rechargeable Li-Ion battery and
needs to be fully charged before using it for the first time. If the Hybrid
has been inactive for a while it is recommended to fully charge it before
using as well.
•
Turn the humidifier off and allow it to charge for approximately 12 hours.
The LED light will be red when the battery is charging and transition to
green when it is fully charged. Fully charged batteries can run
approximately 12 hours on the 'ON' (middle) position and approximately
25-30 days in battery save mode 'ON/S' (last) position.
•
The LCD will display a battery icon and start playing an alarm sound
when the battery power is low. Press any button to turn off the alarm.
The Hybrid's battery can be charged while running by connecting the flat
cable and plugging it into a power outlet. Allow for approximately 20
hours to achieve a full charge.

Filling the Humidifier
•
Turn off the humidifier and open the back cover to remove the sponge.
•
Add filtered drinking water into the sponge then squeeze until water is no
longer dripping out of the sponge freely.
•
Return the sponge into the well and reattach the cover. Wipe off any
excess water around the humidifier.
Setting the Target Humidity
Press and hold the 'MODE' button for 3 seconds until the RH setting numbers
flash in the bottom right of the screen.
Release the 'MODE' button and use the 'UP'
and 'DOWN' buttons to raise or lower the target
humidity/RH setting.
The humidifier fan will turn on and off depend-
ing on what the target humidity is set to.
Example: RH setting is 70%, the fan will acti-
vate at 69% and turn off at 71%.
Other Operations
Quickly press 'MODE to switch from °C or °F
Press 'UP' or 'DOWN' to display the Max/Min humidity.
A low water alarm will sound when the unit needs to be refilled.
The display will also display a single water droplet
New humidors:- Move the power switch to the 'ON' (middle) position overnight
and let it run until the humidor reaches 70% then switch to power save mode
'ON/S'. Very dry humidors may take over 1 week to fully season.
Recommendation: Keep cigars at appropriately 65%~72% humidity and 60°~70°
room temp. High temperatures will promote mold on cigars.
