Heating up
Place the welding machine on the stand so that it does not touch other objects. Connect
the power cord plug to the mains socket. The display will show the current temperature
of the heater. Use button 1 to enter the temperature setting mode, which is set with
buttons 3 and 4, respectively reducing or increasing the value of the entire number of
degrees. You can also set the number of units, tens and hundreds separately using
button 2, changing between the order of magnitude and buttons 3 and 4, increasing
or decreasing a specific digit. The currently selected digit flashes. After finishing
temperature setting, press button 1 again. Then the heater heating process will start,
during which the 6 „OUT" indicator will flash, and the display will show an increasing
temperature value. When the 6 „OUT" light stops flashing and the 5 „ALM" light comes
on permanently, it means that the set temperature has been reached and the welding
machine will be ready to work. At the end of heating up the heater the 5 „ALM" light will
come on, while the 6 „OUT" light is still flashing. During operation, the 6 „OUT" indicator
light may periodically flash, which means that the head is heating up. However, slight differences between the temperature indicated
on the display and the temperature set by the user result from thermal inertia and is a normal phenomenon. Only hold the device by
the handle after it is hot. Touching the device may result in burns. Use protective gloves.
Warning! The welding machine is equipped with a protection against operation in too low temperature, which could damage the
heater, the heating head or the controller chip. Therefore, the device will not turn on or will communicate an error on the display. You
should then move them to a warmer room and wait a few minutes until it warms up slightly.
Welding
The parts to be welded should be thoroughly cleaned and degreased to ensure the desired durability and tightness of the connection.
Then press the pipe inside the adapter and slide the coupler outside the adapter on the other side. Insert the elements and heat
them up in accordance with the data given in the table. Then, remove the elements from the adapters and connect them by sliding
them together. Pay special attention to insert the pipe precisely to the appropriate depth into the fitting. Too shallow insertion may
reduce the durability or tightness of the connection. Conversely, pressing too deeply may reduce the internal cross-section or block
it completely. Therefore, it is advisable to mark the line on the pipe with a marker in advance - marking the desired depth. Leave the
connector to cool in a stable position so that it does not deform and away from flammable materials. After finishing work, turn off the
welder by disconnecting the power cord plug from the mains. Leave the device on the base until it has cooled down completely. Then
unscrew the adapters and carry out the appropriate maintenance.
MAINTENANCE, SERVICE, CLEANING
Always disconnect the plug from the socket before carrying out maintenance and cleaning. After the work is finished, the technical
condition of the device should be inspected to check whether there are any noticeable damages to the body and the handle, the
power cord with the plug and the heating element. In the event of any damage or improper operation of the tool, stop using it and
immediately contact an authorized service center. Use a dry, soft cloth or brush to remove dirt. Do not use cleaners or solvents. It is
also possible to use an air stream with a pressure of no more than 0.3 MPa. Do not use metal tools for cleaning, which may destroy
or damage the surface of the adapters or the heating head.
