Important Safety Advice

This manual offers instructions on safe handling, operation and
maintenance of the device, as well as detailed information of installation
and setup Please always consult the documentation for any battery you
intend to use in combination with this charger Please read this manual
carefully before installing or operating your ECTIVE Multiload Pro
To prevent injury and to avoid damage to electrical equipment,
please adhere to the following safety advice before operating the device,
as well as any documentation accompanying your batteries
The installation and maintenance of this device should be performed
only by a qualified service technician There are high voltages inside
the device Incorrect installation, use or maintenance may result in
fire or electric shocks There are no user serviceable parts inside the
device
Before servicing or installing the device, disconnect all other devices
or batteries from the Multiload Pro
Working near batteries is dangerous, as batteries produce explosive
gases during normal operation! To reduce the risk of a battery
explosion, follow the instructions in this manual as well as the
instructions from the battery manufacturer
When working near lead-acid batteries, be sure to have someone
within shouting distance to come to your aid if necessary
Ensure access to plenty of fresh water and soap in case battery acid
comes into contact with skin, eyes or clothing
Wear complete eye protection and protective clothing when working
near batteries Avoid touching your eyes
In case battery acid comes into contact with skin or clothing, wash
immediately with soap and water If acid enters an eye, immediately
flush the eye with running cold water for at least 10 minutes and
immediately seek medical attention
Never smoke near batteries Avoid sparks and open flames
