Pea Tunnel Instruction Manual
General information and safety warnings
•
Ensure that you have all parts present prior to assembly.
•
Do not load on top of the tunnel.
•
Do not allow children to play on or in the tunnel.
•
Not suitable for commercial purposes.
•
Assemble on a flat surface and in the area that you wish to place your
tunnel.
•
Position in a sheltered bright place out of direct strong winds
Parts list
4 x arches
8 x staked supports
14 x cross supports
15 x metal inserts
28 x sure-clips
16 x net clips
1 x netting
Assembly
Note: Assembly is easiest with two people.
1.
Ensure that you have all parts listed and lay them out on a flat, clean
surface.
2.
Attach the 2 cross supports together using the metal inserts. Repeat
until you have 7 assembled cross supports.
3.
Stand the arches upright and place an assembled cross support along
the top of them. Spread the arches apart so that they are evenly
spread out.
4.
Attach 3 cross supports to the arches, using the sure-clips.

- Page 2 Tip: When attaching a cross support using the sure-clips, remember that the support should always be on the outside of the arches and that the curved part of the clips will always be facing towards the inside of the pea tunnel. Carefully rotate the frame onto its side and connect each arch with the staked supports using the metal inserts.
- Page 3 Place the netting clips along the sides of the frame to secure the netting. Press down on the tab in the back of the clips to lock them into place. Press the ground pegs into the ground as far as possible (around 12-14 inches) to make sure it’s secure.
