- Page 8 The filter cubicle is necessary to install near of the drive. NOTE: Connections must be made with the short length of screened cables. If these cables are altered in any way the filter will operate, but compliance with any emission standard is no longer assured. Input cable into the filter (filtered cable) and no control circuit should be run parallel to an unscreened motor cable or unfiltered supply cable with a spacing less than 0,3 m and over a distance exceeding 1m.
