When the cable is being rolled in automatically, always guide the cable with your hand, so that neither
persons or objects in the vicinity suffer damage.

Thermal protection

This cable roller is equipped with thermal protection.
When the cable roller is excessively burdened and starts to heat up, the thermal protection will
switch off the cable roller for safety reasons. Wait until the cable roller has cooled off and push the red
button on the side of the device. Then you can use the cable roller again as usual.

6. MAINTENANCE

CAUTION: before any maintenance work, always disconnect the cable roller from the mains!
For your safety:
• If any technical problems occur, always disconnect the PROFIAIR cable roller from the mains immediately.
• The safety mechanisms provided by the manufacturer may not be altered or removed.
• Never use the PROFIAIR cable roller in a damp environment.
• Make sure that no dirt gets into the roller.
• To exchange cables, springs or other parts, make sure you contact your specialist dealer.
IMPORTANT: repairs may only be carried out by trained professionals.
Worn tools and environmental protection
In case one day your tool has been so intensively used that it must be replaced, or
you do not find any use of it, please think of the environmental protection. The tools
are not a part of the ordinary household waste. They may rather be recycled with less
impact to the environment.
